Pauliina Vähämaa is a Partner in the Frankfurt office. She is specialized in national and international Executive Search in Financial Services, mainly focusing in Corporate Finance/ M&A, Private Equity, and Real Estate.
Pauliina began her career in the late 90s, working for several international recruitment companies such as Transearch, KonFerry, and Michael Page. She spent the last six years in Qatar, working for several international sport events - including AFC Asian Cup 2011, Arab Games 2011, and Handball World Cup 2015 - under the umbrella of Qatar National Olympic Committee. Pauliina was an elected Board Member of the Scandinavian Business Council Qatar for two years, and a Member of the Steering Committee of the Qatar Green Building Council (Qatar Foundation). Additionally, she accompanied several high level delegations on their business trips to Qatar, working as a Consultant for the German Chamber of Commerce.
Pauliina holds a Master’s Degree in History, Journalism, English Literature, and Politics.
