Andreas Gauglitz is Partner with SHIKAR GROUP Germany. He advises innovative medium-sized manufacturing enterprises and market leading multinationals in Executive Recruitment as well as the Search & Selection for experienced staff functions.
More than sixteen years ago he began his career as an international Executive Search Consultant working for Companies such as Odgers & Berndtson and Greenwell Gleeson. Since 2016 he applies his longtime expertise with SHIKAR GROUP.
Andreas Gauglitz holds a Master´s degree in Environmental Management (Göttingen/Berkeley/Freiburg) as well as a MBA (HHL Leipzig).
