From the very outset, our firm has aimed to take responsibility for the quality of our search assignments, and create sustainable value for the client’s organization. To reflect this fundamental attitude, we created a unique and innovative business model that has redefined the concept of performance in executive search.
By contrast with the standard model, where the responsibilities of the executive search company end with completion of the search and place phase, at SHIKAR GROUP we only talk about success after the subsequent guiding phase is complete; in other words, after the candidate has been with their new employer for twelve months, and both parties have undergone regular integration coaching sessions to ensure that the predefined expectations of the client are being fully met.
We do not simply pay lip service to commitment and responsibility: our unique pricing structure means that we are firmly invested in the sustained success of your chosen candidate. SHIKAR GROUP works on the basis of a fixed total fee, agreed in advance. During the search phase our work is the basis for our consultancy fee. Following the successful placement of the candidate, no further costs are incurred during the one-year integration coaching phase. Finally, our success fee, which corresponds to a substantial portion of the total fee, is exclusively dependent on the successful integration of the candidate after twelve months in charge.
