During the first twelve months of employment, we offer integration coaching to support both the candidate and the client with regard to the predefined success objectives. At regular intervals we hold integration coaching meetings to appraise the candidate’s performance in light of the client’s expectations, and support the candidate’s integration in his or her new professional environment and organizational culture. This way any discrepancies are identified at an early stage, making them easier to resolve.

Our pricing model also gives us a vested interest in the successful integration of your candidate beyond hiring: a considerable portion of our fee depends exclusively on the successful integration of the candidate after twelve months in charge.
