Gregor Teamrat Ghirmay has been a partner of SHIKAR GROUP Deutschland GmbH since May 2023. Gregor Ghirmay started his career in HR consulting more than 10 years ago at Mercuri Urval. Thereof he was active as Equity Partner for 3 years.
His career focuses on aptitude diagnostics, leadership advisory, talent management and executive search. He applies his skills in an international environment with clients from various industries.
After completing an apprenticeship in wholesale and foreign trade in the packaging industry and alternative building materials, he started his career with an international logistics company from the UK. After moving to a consulting agency for personnel marketing and employer branding, he has been continuously active as a management consultant since 2014. Following this, Gregor Ghirmay studied economics part-time at the Distance Learning University of Hagen.
